1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "Platform" refers to win bip's website, mobile app (Android and iOS), and all associated services. "User" or "you" refers to any registered member. "Service" refers to slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, card games, and any other gaming features provided.

These terms apply to all users located in Bangladesh. Users in areas where online gaming is prohibited by local law should not use this platform. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of their area.

2 Account Registration and Security

Each person or household is permitted to open only one account. If a single person creates multiple accounts, all bonuses across those accounts will be cancelled and the accumulated balance may be frozen.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

All win bip services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. win bip reserves the right to verify the date of birth provided at registration. The verification process may require a national identity card or other valid identification document.

Withdrawals from an account may be temporarily suspended while age verification is in progress. Restrictions will be lifted once document verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

win bip currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank are supported. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Withdrawal processing typically takes 10 to 45 minutes.

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Deposits and withdrawals on the platform carry no additional fees, though the mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before this bonus can be withdrawn — meaning bets totalling ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotions

Various promotions are available, including a weekly reload bonus, cricket festival bonus, weekend slot bonus, birthday reward, and referral program. Each promotion has its own wagering conditions.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Withdrawing the main deposit before completing the bonus wagering requirement will cancel the bonus.
• win bip reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, win bip will investigate and take appropriate action.

6 VIP Program

win bip has four VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level offers a weekly cashback calculated based on the total net loss for the week.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Example: As a Gold member, if your net loss in one week is ৳20,000, you will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. Advancement to a higher level depends on active participation on the platform. win bip holds the final authority over VIP level decisions.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

7.1 Fair Play Commitment

win bip uses games only from verified software providers. Games from well-known studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe are available here. A Random Number Generator (RNG) ensures that the outcome of every round is completely unbiased.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Suspension and Closure

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Extended inactivity of the account.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting the request, and note that any ongoing bonus wagering requirement will be cancelled.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked inactive if there has been no login for 12 consecutive months. Notice regarding the balance in an inactive account will be sent via the contact details provided at registration.
